We are pleased to announce Irish Dance classes for beginners in McKinney this summer - for both kids and adults! Taught by Maura Anderson, TCRG, they will be held at Reflections Dance of McKinney (3090 Laura Ln. #2, McKinney TX 75070). Classes will be Tuesday afternoons 5:15 - 6:15 and Thursday evenings 7:30 - 8:30, for 6 weeks beginning on June 24. Contact us for more information.

Have you wanted to learn Irish Dance? Join us in a special Introduction to Irish Dance workshop. All ages are welcome - come learn basic dances like the reel, light jig, Walls of Limerick, and Siege of Ennis. Fees are $100 for the first student and $75 each additional family member.

Under the instruction and direction of Kay LaGreca, TCRG, and Maura Anderson, TCRG, Shandon-O'Regan Irish Dance Academy is a certified school of traditional Irish step and ceili dancing in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, registered with An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha (the Irish Dancing Commission) and the Irish Dance Teachers of North America Southern Region. Our classes meet weekly in Richardson.
Shandon-O'Regan Irish Dance Academy has enjoyed many successes over the years including regular recalls and qualifications for Worlds at the Southern Region Oireachtas and recalls and placings at the North American Irish Dance Championships, also known as Nationals. Shandon-O'Regan celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2013 and continues today to teach the love of Irish dance to students in the DFW area!
Students perform regularly at nursing homes, schools, parades, and festivals in the Dallas Fort Worth area, including the Texas State Fair, North Texas Irish Festival and Scarborough Renaissance Festival. Contact us if you would like information on a performance at your event!
